The thing is that the Vietnamese are relatively new to the tourist business and they don't really know how to do it well (for instance, our tour guide to Mekong Delta was super sexist, perhaps because he was so used to entertaining American tourists?)<br /><br />Anyway, we really enjoyed HCMC. We did not take a tour but hired a driver to take us there, but since we did not have a guide we had to join one of those thirty people guided groups. It was pain, since everyone in our group (but us) wanted to take their chance int he shooting range.
